Our team members are all Licensed Title Agents who are cross-trained in all positions so that each client receives one-on-one individual service from the very start of the process through the date of your settlement. We are committed to providing the highest quality of individual service from the time the contract or title order is received through the date of settlement to include even beyond the date of settlement.

Caresse Clement, Owner

As a Native Virginian, Caresse began her Title and Settlement Career in 1994. She was fortunate to have acquired her knowledge from several talented mentors and was honored to work within several settlement company environments where she learned her craft from the best in the industry. What sets her apart from many of her competitors is her hands on approach and commitment to delivering the best possible experience for every client. She has owned and operated her own business since 2014 and realizes that her success is only attributed to the clients she serves and those with whom she surrounds herself with.

When she’s not busy working, she loves spending time with her beautiful family and especially her grandchildren. She hopes to one day participate in teaching Amelia and Teddy her ultimate passion which has been handed down from generation to generation which is her love of skiing!

Lawrence Tucker, Esq.

Attorney Lawrence Tucker began his career by receiving his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University Graduate School of Business. He has over 20 years of legal experience and has helped hundreds of clients.

Lawrence was one of the first practitioners in the DMV to use Qualia, and his firm has worked closely with the owner of First Providential for over a decade. Additionally, Lawrence has been actively involved in the title industry for two decades, having previously been a licensed title agent and title company owner. A passionate collector of Belle Époque art, Lawrence loves to spend his free time with his sons, Ethan and Dylan.
